The Leadership Assessment can
be very helpful to individuals interesting in elicting feedback
regarding their leadership strengths and weaknesses. Each individual
distributes a feedback form (shown above) to three to ten people.
It's most effective to get a sampling of subordinates, peers and
bosses. Feedback may or may not be anonymous and can be "sanitized"
(all results combined into one document) by a disinterested, trusted
third party to protect the identity of the reviewer, if desired.
